The SECDEX Group business includes an exchange offering traditional and digital assets, a central counterparty clearing house (CCP) and a central securities depository with registry authorised and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). SECDEX also operates a digital custodian regulated under the sandbox of the Seychelles FSA to custody digital assets.

He is also In LATTICE80’s Top 100 influencer list for the UN Sustainable Developments Goal agenda for pioneering blockchain technology solutions. He is featured in the Financial Technologist 2019 list of the 50 most game changing founders of FinTech companies.

Previously he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Chi-X Europe Limited, instrumental in taking the company from concept to successful launch. At the time of his departure in February 2010, Chi-X Europe was the second largest equities trading venue in Europe, just behind the LSE Group and was subsequently sold to Bats Global Markets (now part of CBOE Global Markets) for $365M.

Jessica was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004 and to the Bar of Mauritius in 2007. After completing her pupillage at 7 Kings Bench Walk Chambers in London, she practised as a Barrister on the London Circuit before moving to South Africa to work for a private equity group of which she became the Managing Director. She has principally an advisory legal practice ranging from involvement in major cross-border transactions, tax structuring, insurance & re-insurance, insolvency/bankruptcy and corporate law. Jessica is also Managing Director of Digital Associates, a licensed Mauritius law firm as well as a Partner at Digital Partners Network. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, UK (STEP), a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MiOD) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (CIArb).

Tony has substantial digital transformation consulting, FinTech capital markets and blockchain technology experience with extensive board and C-level expertise. He is Co-Founder of GMEX Group GMEX Group and responsible for all technology related delivery and oversight.
Tony joined PLUS Markets as CTO in 2010 and led their strategic initiative to realign the technology team and build a ‘Next Generation’ stock exchange. This team then spun out as a result of an MBO to become GMEX Group.

Prior to this, in 2007 as CTO, he created and launched LiquidityHub a Fixed Income platform to serve the Interest Rate Swaps market. As Business Solutions Director at Evolution Consulting (2000-2007), he built a successful financial services consultancy with over 100 staff and their own software product.
